Can I run my truck through the car wash with off road lights mounted to the roof? Will it damage them?

I’ve got a mildly lifted 2007 Nissan Xterra that I want to mount a light bar with 4 off road lights with the roof rack. My Xterra is my daily driver and I use it to advertise my mortgage business, and it’s black, so it gets dirty easily. Since it needs to look clean for advertising purposes, I’m constantly running through a car wash (prefer the car wash with the brushes). Will I damage my truck or my lights if i go through the car wash with my off road lights?

Not as long as the truck is not too tall for the car wash

It’s not a good bet. Anything that isn’t well integrated into the car stands a chance at getting knocked off or scratched or worse in those drive-thru car washes. This includes antennae, spoilers, body kits, etc. Probably the better idea is one of those self-serve powerwash places.

I wouldn’t try it, and the car wash isn’t responsible if your lights get damaged.

WHATEVER YOU DO JUST REMEMBER THAT ALL OF THOSE CAR WASH FACILITY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING WHATSOEVER.
