Can you pull a 5th wheel camper after putting 22.5 tires on a dually 4X4? Will it be too high?

I am worried that my truck will be too tall after putting American Force 22.5” wheels with semi tires on my truck to pull my camper which is 37′ long.

I just unhitched one yesterday from a 4×4 dodge running regular size wheels. It was close to level and if the diameter of the wheels were changed, it would raise the tongue 1/2 of the difference in diameter. The ball would probably work but the trailer would not be level.
