Can you add bigger blocks (2 inch) under FRONT END to level truck. yes i know they make add a leafs but blocks are much cheaper.

I don’t know much about this kind of stuff, so please be patient with me. I have always had a truck but never added anything but chrome to it. I am also thinking about adding a lift to it. Any advice on that as well?
