   I did a web search on "jeep wrangler rental california". I found one place that will have 4-door Wranglers (2007) available in April:

   Here is one in San Francisco that shows Wranglers on their website:

   Here's one on Fisherman's Wharf in San Fran. They give you 200 miles, then charge 50 cents/mile thereafter (don't know if that's per-day or per-rental period).

   check with a local jeep dealership, some dealerships (atleast in ohio) do rent their own vehicles out
