does it damage my 4×4 trucks snow tires to use them in non-snow conditions?

My 2005 chevy 1500 has snow tires for snowboard season I drive it (from the San Francisco) to Lake Tahoe.
I need to know if durng the summer if i use my truck in town or for a day trip will it have uneven ware on the tires or anything negative to jeopardize their use in the winter and snow?
"can a get away using them out of snow" is my question on the most basic way.

The only thing I can think of is you will use up the tread on your tires. Snow tires have a softer rubber compound than highway tires. If you have uneven tread wear, have your front suspension checked. Good Luck and stay down the middle!

Wont hurt tires but will wear em out fast, and they are noisy on the road. Here in Canada we use em 12 months of year, it can snow in June.
