How can I install a 2003 5.7 hemi into a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 with a 4.7?

My 4.7 is blown up and I need to replace it. I really want to install a 5.7 hemi. I found a complete used 2003 5.7 engine with motor mounts, all accessories, wiring harness, PCM, TCM, accelerator pedal assembly and APPS. Both vehicles are automatic transmission (called dodge and they both have same exact transmission), 4×4 w/manual transfer case shift. My 2002 actually has the rack/pinion like 2003s.

I understand I still need an AC accumulator and lines, new radiator hoses, and maybe a power steering hose. The donor does not have Sentry key security.

Can anyone give me any tips or advice before I go forward with this? Thanks!
Will the 5.7 motor mounts bolt up to the frame and front end like the 2002 4.7 does? From looking at the parts diagrams, it looks like they will.

Like Dodge mans says there will be a pile of parts to exchange. Any chance in getting the rest of the truck for the parts U will need. Exhaust, radiator will be larger trans cooler.linkage for the shifter might be different. Have to call doge and see if there is a mount issue. Or a bone yard they might know.

you also got to change the suspension on it the 5.7 is a lot heavier than the 4.7 is,you pretty well got it figured out except for the part of doing all the work,i did one in my life time and it wasn’t as easy as some stated it was, remember the exhaust part also, only advice i can give you is once you start this job you,ll find its not going to be as easy as it sounds like it is,part for part ,your going to be switching a lot of things over, good luck with it and let me know how its goes, took me over two weeks to do one,and that was working on it every day.
