How do I turn the full time option 4×4 on a Jeep Liberty 2003?

I have a Jeep liberty and I would like to know how do I turn on the 4×4 full time ability. When I play around with the arm I have the 2HI, 4×4 part time, 4×4 low. I know that there is a 4×4 full time option, I just don’t know how to use it!

You don’t have full time 4×4. If it isn’t on the transfer case shifter, you don’t got it. The NP231 transfer case that is very common in Wranglers and Cherokees is the same way as yours. They don’t have full time 4×4 either.
The NP242 (which I have) does have Full Time 4×4.
I suspect you know this, but be sure that you do NOT use Part Time 4×4 on hard dry surfaces. Damage to your 4×4 system can result.
It would say so on the shifter if you had "full time". The Liberty has 2 transfer case options, you apparently don’t have the "Selectrac" option.
