    This takes special tools to do this proceedure.You should let a front end shop do it.

    I would maybe try any autoparts store or the public library. Sometimes they will have Chilton Manuals. If you need to do the alignment I would take it somewhere and let the professionals do it.

    They also have the factory repair literature for ’89 Chevy trucks plus Chilton & Haynes manuals.
