I have a 1992 Toyota Hi-Lux 4×4 pickup that idles to low. How do I adjust the idle speed to increase the RPMs?

When stoppedd or parked I have to step on the gas to get the motor to idle smoothly and make the A/C cool. With the low RPM’s it also makes the A/C go into a very HIGH pressure overload.
This is an EFI 4-cyl 2.2 L engine.

On the back side of carburetor on the throttle plate you will see an adjusting screw.
