When i push the 4×4 button the transfer case locks in but the front diff wont lock out

The switch is bad on the differential. Did you check the fuse?
Your pumpkin on the front axle is most likely the problem. Have you tried to wack it with a hammer to free it up…give that a try, worked on my 4×4. They tend to do this when they aren’t used often.
i got a 1995 chevrolet blazer 4×4.. sell the thing.. has so many problems…
the actuator on the diff needs to be replaced.
it is common.
