My SUV shakes everytime I hit the brakes, what's wrong?
I have a Ford Escape SUV 4×4 and had its brakes changed by myself twice already. The problem persists, everytime I hit the brakes it shakes. What did I do wrong?

my 03 ford escape has 4×4 but its in a form of a switch… so how should i go about turning it on? should i jus turn da switch or do i have to put it in park or neutral first? im a new driver (sorry)

The 2002 Ford Escape 4×4 XLT has 89,994 miles on it and the dealer wants ,902. The 2002 Mazda Tribute ES has 82,124 miles on it and the dealer wants ,415. (I'm not sure which is better. All the reviews I've seen rate them the same.) I'm test driving both on Monday.. Help!
