I own a 2006 Jeep wrangler SE. I’m just wondering how i put to use the 4×4 option.

I’m thinking about joining a local 4×4 club. Do you think my 2000 Jeep Wrangler would stand above the rest? Here’s the mods I’ve added.
Flowmaster exhaust
K&N cold air intake
Hypertech Power Programmer
Rough Country Series II 4" lift with upgraded 2.2 shocks and steering stabilizer
33×12.5 Goodyear Wrangler Duratracs
Front and rear Powertrax No-Slip Lockers

I got a jeep wrangler and it has off road tires. one of them is dead and cant be repaired. i want to know if it would be a better investment to replace that one tire, or get 5 new "on road" tires.
