what is the stick rim size (height x width) also my truck has a 4in lift so how big of tires should i get what is the best tire company

I have a 1963 chevy pickup and am needing to know the original tire size and rim size so I can get the correct ones. I am wanting to get original steel rims. Thanks

The closest thing I could find were ATV tires 14×9 but their load capacity fell short from what I am using the tires on (A home made rally/sand car.) The rim size will be 14×6 or 14×7 (depending on the selection of tires I find.)
