trying to find out where the blinker relay is on my 99 dodge diesel pickup?

my blinkers quit workink and i checked the fuses and they are good. now i need to find out where the relay switch is so i can determine if that is the problem. I don't want to take it to the dodge house so they can charge an arm and leg.

    OPEN DRIVERS DOOR ACESS PANEL IS ON LOWER DASH. RELAY IS NEAR THE BOTTOM

    In my dodge it is in the fuse box under the hood. You should check there!!!
