What 3 parts would be best to increase horsepower and speed in a '91 f150?

I recently got a 1991 ford f150 XLT Lariat 4×4 with 184000 miles. I’m 16 so obviously I want to make it faster. I’m looking to spend around 0 to 0 total (not including labor). If you know more than 3 go wild and put as many as you want. Also , I want to know what parts will increase acceleration.

    HI
well for the price you are Limited to there really isn’t much you can do unless you start checking out swap meets or crags-list for used parts. just headers for you truck well almost run $500.oo or even just an intake upgrade about the same. Even just a cat back exhaust well run over $300.oo…
With 184 K miles the motor is most likely starting to get tired and if you start adding performance to the motor its going to go south purity quick..
I’d start saving up for a while. You well need like $4,000.oo and then rebuild the motor and add your performance up grades to that.
Intake, headers, cam, head work, MSD ignition. balancing the rotating assembly.
    good luck
