Only one I can think of is the 64-74 El Camino with the 327,350,396,402,454.
While the El Camino gets a lot of the respect, Mopar produced one in 65 that also came with a 318,340,360,383,440.
The only car that has a truck bed that i know of is either a ford ranchero or a chevrolet el camino my dad used to have an el camino and it was one badass car he had a souped up 350 and it was awesome red

I dont know about the best but the new range rover is an off road truck and its a good car but expensive.
A cheaper truck slash off road car is the new dodge ram its really cool I want to get it.
But if I were to get one rright now and If I had money I would get the escalade the 2009 one of course.

The only truck that all in one is the old chevy elcamino.
Pontiac is suppost to be making a truck that looks like the camino but it really looks just like the pontiac g8 but then how the hell is that suppost to be a truck.
