what is the cheapest way to lift my 04 dodge ram?

I have a 04 dodge ram 1500 4×4 was wondering if a key lift and some blocks in the rear is a ok way to go to lift my truck or is there another way besides spending a couple grand on a lift or body lift. I am running 315/75/r17 on my truck stock and would like to run just a little bigger any help will appreciate greatly
i would like to be able to go off road with it i travel down gravel and muddy roads often when hunting and fishing alot. what would be the best lift all together susp body or anything????

Try putting a 3 inch body lift on the back and crank up your torsion bars in the front You would have to get the torsion key spacers. The rear lift would run you about $100 to $200 and the torsion keys will be about $100. If you have the tools and the space to do it, it wouldn’t be that hard to do it. With that set up you could run at least 325’s

It depends on how functional you want it to be. If your truck never sees a dirt road, much less an offroad trail…well, then I don’t know why you want to spend more for tires, but to each their own, and just some coil spring spacers for the front and lift blocks for the rear would work. If you actually want your truck to ride better and have more suspension articulation, then save up some money to do the lift right, and get a good suspension lift.

I would go ahead and, and pitch the money for a complete system (Springs, shocks, and all the necessary hardware.) Check out Skyjacker.com, and fit the right lift to your truck. For your intended use, it would be the better way to go.
