What is the most reliable American full-size 4×4 pickup truck from 2002-2004?

I currently have a Tacoma right now, but short on cash, I was hoping to sell it and buy an American truck and have some cash leftover. What’s a good full size 4×4? I’m guessing Dodge Ram??

really they are all about the same. test drive all the trucks you like and then decide which you like better. I prefer dodge just because they look better and they are usually cheaper than ford or chevy.

Chevy."Best built, longest lasting trucks on the road."

I’d push my Chevy before I’d buy a Ford.

Dodge is OK if you like UGLY trucks.

Hey, honestly,,,,,Ford, Chevy, or dodge in those years are all good trucks………Get the one you like.
Some people will tell you Chevy, & others Ford or Dodge…….Again they are all good!!!…….Good luck………….

this is a good question, i am also interested to find out what 4×4 car is reliable as toyota truck. I have a F150 4×4 8 cyl using too much gas. like to switch to reliable cheaper 6cylinder..

You going to be sorry you got rid of the Tacoma and replaced it with any of this American made junk. Years ago when American Manufactures where still making very good products I would have suggested one them but not today because like I said above it is nothing but junk. And good luck on selling what you have and having $$$ left over unless you are going to buy something to replace it with that is older than my grandmother.
