Your truck is so new finding a donor cheap will be hard . If was 10 yrs old and not 5 .

They other guy got it right. The newer truck everything is wired. Add rear springs drive shafts cross members to the list

Anything can be done with $$$ but if like to play in mud. Buy a $1000 4×4 beater. And still have money to keep it fixed for year and them some .

Good luck sound like a hard project.

It would be cheaper to sell yours and buy the truck you want.

You would need a transfer case, new drive shafts, front axle shafts, front diff, 4×4 front knuckles, and a ton of wiring to make it all work.

A transfer case, and complete front end differential from a Ranger or Explorer. There may be steering issues as well, new pitman arm or rack & pinion, tie rods, shocks and coils, everything. $2500 – $3000 with used parts. Controls from within too.
