Whats the best way to replace a passenger side valve cover gasket on a 1987 Chev S10 pickup 4×4 2.8L V6?

I noticed that the coil at the back over the valve cover is going to be hard to get off.
I also noticed that part of the heater hose runs up over it.
Meaning over the valve cover.

    The best way would be to read the Repair Manual that you already bought and then follow the instructions. It probably has pictures, too.
