Who makes the most reliable 4×4 small/midsize pickup truck?

I am possibly looking to buy a new or slightly used 4×4 pickup truck. I want something that is very reliable. I am also looking for an extended cab or a crew cab. Which company will give me more bang for my buck and will also be running great 10 years from now? I would also love to get as close to 20mpg as I can get.

Toyota Tacoma, Nissan makes the Titan which is closer to full size, Honda makes the Ridgeline, its a very good efficient vehicle but never really caught on. Used Tacomas hold their value very well, they use the new 4.0 V-6 which was designed as a truck engine, timing chain, not belt. This engine is not a car engine. Reliability wise these things are bulletproof. It will do slightly over 20 mpg.

I would also recommend the Chevrolet Colorado or the GMC Canyon. I am going to provide you a couple of sites where you can get more specific information on the vehicle as well as one where you can search for used vehicles, if you choose to go that route. If you have further questions, please feel free to contact me. Thank you.
